Business Analyst (DUBAI & Hyderabad)

The Business Analyst will work with external clients to analyse their needs and prepare Business and Functional Requirements Documents and assist the Project Manager with the planning and execution of SDLC phases. Preference will be given to candidates with hands on full SDLC (Project Management) and/or experience in Business Intelligence

Competencies Required

• Graduate in any Technical or Business discipline.
• 3+ years Business analysis experience using structured tools and methodologies
• Practical working experience in providing ERP Solutions
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good communications skills in English.

Software Sales/Pre Sales Consultant (DUBAI & UK)

The Presales Consultant is a position for a technical IT sales professional with good communication skills. The ideal candidate will have sound experience of conducting live product demos for customised software solutions as well as be able to quickly scope and understand client business requirements

Competencies Required

• Minimum 2 years of Technical sales & implementation of ERP solutions
• Able to summarise and generate gap analysis report between client/business needs and solution capabilities and prepare business proposals based on client customisation needs.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skill
• U.A.E. Driving license

Client Servicing/Support Executive (DUBAI)

The Client Support Executive will be part of Client Servicing Team providing support services to end-users including product installation, understanding and attending to early resolution of reported issues.

Competencies Required

• Bachelors degree in a technology related field.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in .Net or Java technologies
• Good understanding of relational database concepts
• Good understanding of the development tools like Eclipse for java development and Enterprise Manager / TOAD for running database utilities.
• UAE driving license
