The Empost Freight and cargo division started last year and we decided to go ahead with Xpert based on the flexibility, reliability and the low cost of ownership for this solution. As we were new to this business area, our main objective was to start with a solution which is cost effective but at the same time has the flexibility and scalability to grow along with our business. There are a number of indicators we identified to measure our ROI, including but not limited to, lower cost of maintenance, system reliability, ability to integrate with other Empost systems and web site and finally system support from the vendor. We have found Xpert to be very efficient in above mentioned areas.
